UPDATE SEPT. 9, 2025 – Lady Gaga Announces New Mayhem Ball Tour Dates for 2026 Inlcuding Encore Shows in Los Angeles

Now that her Coachella dates are done and the radius clause has expired, Lady Gaga has added four Los Angeles tour stops for her highly anticipated MAYHEM Ball tour. Lady Gaga will perform at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on July 28, 29, August 1, and 2. Ahead of her newly added L.A. shows, The MAYHEM Ball tour will also see three nights in San Francisco at the Chase Center on July 22, 24 and 26.

According to Ticketmaster, tickets to Lady Gaga’s Los Angeles shows at the Kia Forum “have been priced in advance by the tour from $88.65-$1,149.15, including service fees. Price ranges do not apply to VIP packages.”

The Lady Gaga Artist Presale will begin Monday, April 28, at 12pm local time. Fans can sign up now to receive presale access. However, first dibs on Lady Gaga presale tickets will go to Citi card members.

Citi cardmembers will have access to the Citi presale tickets beginning Thursday, April 24 at 12pm local time until Monday, April 28 at 11am local time. If you have a Citi card, you can participate in this presale. All you need to do is select your Gaga tour date, and use the first 6 digits of your Citi® credit card or Citibank® Debit Card as the presale code.

A Verizon presale for Lady Gaga’s new tour dates will follow. The Verizon Access presale for the new shows will begin Friday, April 25 at 12pm local time until Monday, April 28 at 11am local time. To join the Verizon presale, select the MAYHEM Ball tour date you want to attend once the presale begins. Next, you’ll see the “Verizon Up Presale Tickets” option and will be asked to connect your account to unlock the presale.

What Are Official Platinum Tickets?

If you see expensive tickets that are not VIP packages, those are official platinum tickets. These tickets are offered well over standard ticket prices, which is unfair to fans. The Event Organizer(s) have priced these tickets according to their market value (aka dynamic pricing). In other words, ticket pricing can go up or down and usually goes up.

Official platinum tickets do not include VIP packages. The only positive thing about them is that they make buying floor or front-row tickets to a high-demand concert easy if you’re willing to shed the extra cash. They can sometimes be purchased during a presale without a presale code. Availability and pricing for official platinum tickets are subject to change based on demand.

Pro Tips When Buying Your Tickets

First, on the day of the presale or general onsale (whichever you prefer), login to your Ticketmaster account (go to my account or sign in located on the upper right corner of the page) 30 minutes ahead of the sale time. If you don’t have one, create one now.

Be sure to add your billing info (aka credit card info) before jumping into the digital queue for a quick check-out. Once the presale starts, remain in the digital queue. Only use one browser window because using multiple browsers or devices and multiple accounts with the same phone number can result in errors. Trust, it’s happened to us before! Don’t refresh your page, do be patient, don’t leave your page, do get those tickets!

What To Do If Tickets Are Sold Out?

If tickets sell out, your other option is to buy them via online resellers like VividSeats or StubHub. When all else fails, we prefer these resell options because both offer a 100% Guarantee. You can also purchase resale tickets through Ticketmaster’s resale program. Just search for the concert or event you want to attend, and see if any resale tickets are available. We recommend comparing the three options to determine which one works best for you.

Also, more standard tickets are often released in the weeks leading up to the show date. We’ve seen it with Oasis, Nine Inch Nails, BLACKPINK, and many more. These tickets are normally production release tickets and sideview/limited-view tickets. It’s a secret gatekept by many, but if you’re reading this, now you know.
