In celebration of their new album, …Like Clockwork out June 4 via Matador, Queens of the Stone Age have been releasing a lot of great news yesterday and today. At 11am this morning, Queens of the Stone Age sold tickets to a last-minute show at the Wiltern. Despite the high $60 (+ services fees) price, those tickets sold-out in minutes (kind of, tickets continue to be released). But don’t you fret QOTSA fans, there will be more shows for your to enjoy, who knows — maybe even a surprise small L.A. venue show … #wishfulthinking
Check out the new Queens of the Stone Age video for their new song “Keep Your Eyes Peeled.” It’s a creepy animated video full of gross punks, weirdos and plenty of grime — however — this song is beyond fucking rad. It’s sexy, drawn out with beautiful melodic moments, and it’s full of suspense. You gotta watch the video below. The stunning artwork was created by the elusive UK contemporary artist, Boneface and it was brought to life by the animation or Liam Brazier.
