The San Francisco black metal inspired outfit, Deafheaven, will perform at The Echoplex on Friday, August 23 and the show is SOLD OUT. We caught them earlier this year at the Echoplex supporting Japan’s experimental rock gods, Boris. Their sophomore album, Sunbather was released in June, receiving great reviews for their intricate use of music styles incorporated all into one. Vocalist George Clarke performs each song with such passionate screeching vocals, your ears will cringe with thrill. You’re in for an experience. Supporting acts include Retox, Wreck & Reference, and WIFE.
