Last night, Japan’s finest experimental rock gods, Boris, played a sold-out show at the Echoplex. As the part two of their two-day shredscapade, Boris played a mind-blowing set that included their entire album Flood, along with some songs that have never been performed in the U.S. By far, this evening was a very special treat for Boris fans. It was a magestic clash between psychedelic drone and and untamed noise from the divine guitars and drums of Boris, and it was most masterful.
Supporting Boris were Deafheaven, who also put on a great set.
