Whenever you wanna get a really good dose of reggae in Los Angeles, DubClub at the Echoplex is the place for all your reggae and dub cravings. You hit the spot and two steps in you’re already feeling irie. This past Wednesday the Mexican reggae band Antidoping got to warm up the Echoplex with their ska-reggae fusion and positive lyrics. There’s nothing better than witnessing a hard core mosh pit full of good vibes. Following Antidoping were the iconic Soul Syndicate, originally known as the Rhythm Raiders in the early 70’s, who have become one of the top five bands of reggae history. When singer / legend Earl Zero came up on stage the crowd lit up on fiyah! Don’t let his white hair fool you, he shared some strong dance moves from the stage, a true reflection of his fiery spirit. If you wanna get some reggae love, look up his new album, Marketplace.
