Just heard from my buddy, Dave Duncan (World Cup of Skateboarding) that Mystic Cup 2009 is canceled.
“Bad news for my Skate friends. I talked with Tomas from Prague this morning and he told me that many of his sponsors are having $ troubles this year and he had to officially cancel Mystic Cup 2009. 🙁 WCS will still be in Rome, Italy June 12-14 . . .”
What a bummer. This is not only one of the most legit contests, but it’s heapz of crazy fun! Made some wonderful memories there back in 06’.
