Iconic musician/producer, Brian Eno, will exhibit his “77 Million Paintings” multimedia installation at Cal State Long Beach’s University Art Museum from Sept. 12-Dec. 13. Using sophisticated computer software and audio boom boxes, this project features constantly changing images and musical compositions which challenge the notion that the artist must be in control.
In conjunction with the exhibit, The Carpenter Performing Arts Center will present “An Evening With Brian Eno,” on Sept 20. Eno will share insight into his music and his art, as well as what lies ahead for him. An intellectual gathering into the mind of Eno not to be missed.
