I thought we were lucky to catch the iconic 80s skate punks, The Dead Milkmen this past March at SXSW. Then I thought, wow, we’re really lucky to see them again at FYF. And now I’m like, holy fuck — they’re playing at ALEX’S BAR IN LONG BEACH!? Shit is gonna get wild real quick in that small venue.
The Dead Milkmen have booked a post FYF show in none other than the awesome and very punk, Alex’s Bar in Long Beach. A rather suitable venue I’d say. But don’t come to this show if you mind being pushed around by hot sweaty (and stinky) skate punks because it’s bound to happen. Supporting the Milkmen will be Tijuana Panthers and Audacity. Yeah, this is going to be a kick ass show! Tickets are only $12 and go on sale via TicketWeb at noon on Tuesday, Aug. 30. You can also get your tickets at Origami Vinyl. Must be 21 and over!
