I’ll never forget the Cure’s performance at Coachella 2009 when they pulled the plug on an excessively lengthy set by Robert Smith and his band. It was pretty unusual, but Cure fans were stoked with the fact that Smith had continued to perform despite the deactivation of sound. If you missed that unforgettable set or didn’t get enough of the Cure, you’re in luck. The Cure have booked not one, not two–but three headlining tour dates at the Pantages this November for their “Reflections” tour! Reflecting on their first three albums, the Cure will perform Three Imaginary Boys (1979), Seventeen Seconds (1980) and Faith (1981) in all their entirety. This is going to be an incredible, almost three-hour set with all three albums set to be performed each night.
Show dates are as followed: Monday, Nov. 21; Tuesday, Nov. 22 and Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011. Tickets will go on sale via Tickemaster on Monday, Oct. 31 (Halloween) at 10 a.m. There is a two-ticket limit. Tickets pricing and direct tickets links have yet to be released. Mark your calendars and click on the show dates above to buy your tickets!
