Funk and tradition collide Friday, September 30,when the Rebirth Brass Band hits the Echoplex. Playing together since 1983, what started as a New Orleans street band is now tearing up the country and we’re lucky to have them right here in L.A. Their old school brass band roots will blow your socks off (pun intended) with the beloved sounds of New Orleans and a full family of horns. If your looking for something new to spice up your friday night, try on the horn section for size. Tickets to the show are $17 and the show starts at 8:30 p.m., it is 18+.
