Straight from Salem, Massachusettes, Converge hits the Glass House in Pomona this Saturday, October 27. The four-piece band blends metal and hardcore punk to create a sound similar to fast rhythms and complicated guitar riffs of the metalcore genre. Converge has a wide fan base and continues to bring in crowds with their maturing sound. Their influences range from Black Flag to Suicidal Tendencies as well as post-punk bands such as The Cure. Joining them are Torche, Kvelertak, and Nails. All bands with metal backgrounds, but different twists to the genre. Get your fix of metal this Saturday at the Glass House!
