baths

Baths debuted three years ago, with the album Cerulean, which was post-modern pop at its finest. It was full of celestial and emotional clarity. Following Cerulean, is Obsidian, revealing Will Wiesenfeld as the finest and youngest composers in Los Angeles. His second album, Obsidian is much darker than his first, combining his bedridden experience with E. Coli as well as pure exploration of what personal pain is. It is a beautiful and emotional experience and Bath delivers it perfectly. Joining him at the El Rey on Friday, June 28 is, Houses, D33J, and Sodapop.
