It was a packed house last night at the House of Blues in Anaheim as Portugal. The Man took the stage in support of their new Danger Mouse-produced album, Evil Friends. It was a steaming sold-out show last night busting with sweaty happy people. Portugal. The Man put on the best show we’ve seen them perform yet. Full of infections energy, Portugal. The Man had the crowd in a blissful rock ‘n’ roll frenzy that never let up. Their riffs were so hard and loud that people were crowd surfing as though it were a crazy punk show. And man, were the ladies going wild for these boys who are oh-so-easy-on-the-eyes and quite charming on stage. (Um, and hello Ryan Gosling look-alike!)
Outstanding show! If you weren’t there, we REALLY hope you’re going to their show tonight at the Wiltern.
