80s pop punk band the Queers headline the Echo on Sunday, September 29. Joe King, the principal member created the name to poke fun at the “Art Fag” community of New Hampshire. Their music was created simply for the fun of it all, instead of sending out a political or social message. They sing songs about girls and beer and sound like a mixture of the Beach Boys and the Ramones. Joining them are Teenage Bottlerocket and the Copyrights.
Tickets are $12 – $15, doors open at 10PM, and the event is 18 and over. You can win a pair of tickets by entering the contest below!
