Los Angeles natives, PAPA will be headlining a show at the El Rey Theatre on Friday December 6. The band consists of singer-songwriter and drummer Darren Weiss and bassist Danny Presant. Together they create blissful indie rock with hints of soul spread throughout. Weiss states they wanted to create “American soul with a punk rock mentality”, successfully heard on their EP, A Good Is Hard To Find. Join them to hear their singles “I Am the Lion King”, “Young Rut”, “Put Me to Work” and more! Supporting the band will be Moses Sumney and Wardell.
