Who said nerds aren’t cool? The masked underdogs, The Aquabats are back with their first full length album in six years. Their album, Charge!!, blends quirky new-wave melodies with their punk rock sound, along with sarcastic, Saturday morning cartoon humor. The Aquabats bring out the inner superheros (or villains) in us and re-engage our imaginations. Join The Aquabats with Kepi Ghoulie and Emily’s Army at the Fonda Theatre on Saturday, December 7.
Tickets are $19.50 – $22, doors open at 7pm, and the event is all ages. You can win a pair of tickets, courtesy of our Goldenvoice and Grimy Goods, by entering the contest below.

Next, email ggcontests@gmail.com with your full name for guest list and a clever reason why you want a pair of tickets to The Aquabats at the Fonda Theatre. When you’re done with your email, send us a Tweet so we know you entered the contest or you can post on our Facebook wall. We’ll select a winner that has done all of the above mentioned. Winners will be announced via email, Facebook and Twitter on Thursday, December 5. Winners will have until 10am Friday, December 6 to reply back to our email and confirm their win.
