We’re all searching for something in life, and Metric’s new video for “Lost Kitten” is a cute, flamboyant and fun depiction of just that. Directed by Sammy Rawal and and shot over two days in Mexico City, “Lost Kitten” runs like a sassy fairy tale with brilliant colors and amusing personalites. It follows acclaimed ballroom dancer/actor Sheldon McIntosh (otherwise known as Tynomi Banks, the name he goes by when performing in drag in his native Toronto) and showcases Rawal’s hyper-stylized approach in the use of bold color and unique choreography.

“Lost Kitten” is part of Metric’s latest album, Synthetica. This fifth studio album by Metric was released on June 12, 2012. You can check it out, here.
