Ziggy Marley has booked a headlining show date at Club Nokia on Tuesday, April 18! As the oldest son of reggae legend Bob Marley, Ziggy Marley has always carried on the spirit of his great Father through his solo work as well as with is band the Melody Makers. With his recent GRAMMY nomination for Best Reggae Album, Ziggy is set to release his fifth studio album, FLY RASTA, on April 15th via Tuff Gong Worldwide. Produced by Ziggy – with additional production by Dave Cooley (J Dilla, Silversun Pickups) – the album will feature former Melody Makers’s bandmates and relatives including Cedella Marley, Sharon Marley, and Rica Newell. Expect to hear some new Ziggy Marley music at this Club Nokia show!
Tickets to Ziggy Marley at Club Nokia are priced at $31 + service fees and the show is all-ages. There is a PRE SALE today, Thursday, Jan. 16 at 10 a.m. Use the following password: LOVE. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, Jan. 17 a 10 a.m.
