Goth and pop? Isn’t the combination of the two blasphemy? Well if it is or isn’t, the Casket Girls have done it well. Sisters, Phaedra and Elsa Greene create “eerie” (but not so eerie) dream pop that will have every high school hipsterette singing along to their tunes. From sweet and innocent tunes, to fuzz driven raucous garage jams — these cute blondes have some pretty cool tunes to offer. Not to mention, the elusive Southern Bells like to keep their good-looks somewhat of an enigma. Always concealing their eyes with black sunglasses and even blacking them out in press photos, it makes you wonder if these Georgia Peaches have demon eyes under there. These gals definitley pull from the whole “Casket Girls” lore. Regardless of what their eyes look like, we find these platinum dolls absolutely cute and intriguing, not to mention they have a great fashion sense. Top all that hotness with the release of their new album, True Love Kills the Fairy Tale, and you’ll find yourself crushing on these ladies.
