Not to be confused with the NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt, nor his son Dale Earnhardt Jr., El Rey Theatre will be presenting Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. on Friday, February 28. The indie pop band from Detroit began stirring things up in the music world with their dancy tunes and the amount of EPs they released. Esteemed music outlets such as SPIN and Stereogum welcomed the band’s initiation in 2010 in which Horse Power (EP) and My Love Is Easy: Remixes Pt. 1 (EP) were debuted. Most recently, Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. put together a mixtape titled, Produce Volume 1, with which listeners can expect to hear at their show. Catch the band this Friday night along with supporting act Chad Valley!
