These Los Angeles newbies (formerly from Utah) just completed a successful European tour with Imagine Dragons and are already on another tour (solo). As part of the Moth and the Flame’s 10-date mini tour, the L.A. newbies on the rise played an intimate performance at the Troubadour this past Sunday. Although a small crowd, fans were absolutely enamored by their performance. The band played a couple new songs which sounded great, but it’s kind of hard to top their astounding number, “I’m Sorry.” That song is just incredible. The song performance was definitely the highlight of the evening. Well, that and the complimentary crispy tofu balls courtesy of Starry Kitchen. Despite competing with the Oscars, it was a great evening of music. Expect a full-length record from the Moth & the Flame very soon.
