Tune-Yards has a Los Angeles show coming to the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever! Wow. We just realized we haven’t covered Tune-Yards since her 2010 show performance at the Natural History Museum (click here for photos). Merrill Garbus, the bright mind behind Tune-Yards last Los Angeles performance was at the Glass House in 2012, so yeah, it’s about time she brings her fun and wild psychedelic soul-folk tunes back to our yard. Following 2011’s successful W H O K I L L, Tune-Yards is set to release a perky new album titled, Nikki Nack. The album is out May 6th on 4AD, and to celebrate the album release, Tune-Yards will headline the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever on Monday May 5th.
Tickets to Tune-Yards at The Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever are priced at $25 and tickets will go on sale this Wednesday, March 5th at 12 p.m. noon.
