Stream Spoon’s New Album “They Want My Soul”

Spoon’s forthcoming album, They Want My Soul is now streaming on iTunes radio. The highly anticipated record is officially out on August 5 via Loma Vista and features recently teased song “Rent I Pay,” “Do You” and “Inside out.”

On Friday, Aug. 8, Spoon will return to Los Angeles for a sold-out performance at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Those who have tickets to the coveted performance should consider themselves very lucky. Spoon also play San Francisco’s Outside Lands Music Festival on August 10. In case you, like me, are having trouble deciding between Spoon, Courtney Barnett and Lykke Li for your mid-afternoon spot at the festival (who makes these schedules!?) take a listen to the record. It’s pretty convincing.
