Hailing from Macon, Georgia, is the rock band Gov’t Mule who have scheduled a show at the Orpheum Theatre on Friday, September 26th. Formed in 1994 as a side project of The Allman Brothers Band by guitarist Warren Haynes and bassist Allen Woody, the band has released quite the number of albums (16 in total) with their latest titled Shout! The album features a second disc with vocal interpretations by Elvis Costello, Dr. John, Ben Harper, Dave Matthews, and many more. Check out one of their tracks below before heading to the show! Supporting Gov’t Mule will be the San Francisco based band, The Stone Foxes (check out our interview with them here!)
