Well this is an odd couple .. Lana Del Rey has announced 2015 tour dates with Courtney Love with a Los Angeles date at the Hollywood Bowl on May 18! The tour is Love’s latest string of live performances and is being coined as the “Endless Summer Tour”. As a friend so eloquently shared on her Facebook page yesterday when she heard the news … “One desperately trying to claim fame while the other desperately trying to hang on to it … Not sure of which one needs the other more.” The news comes fresh off the recent media buzz over an Eli Roth video that features Del Rey in a disturbing rape scene, along with Marilyn Manson in a different scene of the video. Well, if Love is touring with Del Rey — who knows — maybe they will add Marilyn Manson to the bill.
Whether you love her or hate her, Lana Del Rey is doing something right. Tickets to her performance with Courtney Love at the Hollywood Bowl are priced at $44 – $168. There will be a presale this Thursday, December 4 at 10 a.m. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Saturday, December 6 at 10 a.m.
