Last month we ran our biggest contest yet where our photographers had the opportunity to win up to $300 in cash. We normally run giveaways for our readers, but this time we wanted to make it more about our talented team of photographers. But don’t worry, we also hooked up two readers with some rad prizes: a $100 Visa Gift Card and a Google Nexus tablet. After going through close to 1,000 contest entries, we’re happy to announce our winners!
Winners for the Google Nexus and Visa Gift Card will be emailed by tomorrow morning. After verifying they followed all the steps for this contest, we will announce our winners on Facebook and Twitter.
Without further adieu, check out our winners for our best concert photography photos!

It was a REALLY close call, but Ceethreedom won for his stunning photo of La Roux at the Fonda Theatre. Monique Hernandez’s photo of Arcade Fire at The Forum was a close call trailing by two votes, with Ryan Bussard’s photo of The Kills at The Forum not too far behind. Check out all the photos here.
— Best Concert Crowd Photo —
Monique Hernandez took the gold on this one! She’s always up in the crowd looking for that perfect fan moment. She also played runner-up to herself with this epic Blood Brothers at The Observatory photo, with Lindsay Wiles trailing, also with a Blood Brothers photo. Check out all the photos here.

If you are a regular visitor on Grimy Goods, you already know Ceethreedom has a sick photo style. His Massive Attack at the Greek Theatre photo won him another prize. Not far behind was (again) Ceethreedom’s Broken Bells photo, along with Dominoe Farris-Gilbert’s OK Go photo. Check out all the photos here.
Without a doubt, all of the Grimy Goods photographers kick some serious ass, and they are all winners in my book. Keep making live music beautiful!
Always feel psyched I have such great photos to make my words look better
Super rad of Grimy Goods to do this. Maybe other blogs will follow en suite.
Congrats to all the photographers on such beautiful work! Favorite show photos always. Favorite blog too. <3
