We last caught Avid Dancer (aka Jacob Dillan Summers) this past year playing L.A.’s top notch underground venues as well as opening up for larger acts such as Warpaint. Now the psych-electro-pop outfit are taking to the stage to headline a weekly residency at The Echo, every Monday night in February, and we’re sure every night is going to be packed!
Avid Dancer featured in Grimy Goods 13 Los Angeles Artists to Watch In 2015
Expect to hear tunes from his addictive debut EP I Want To See You Dance and new jams from his forthcoming album First Bath, due out on Grand Jury April 14th. As if it couldn’t get any better, each night of the residency features amazing supporting acts and you won’t want to miss any of these performances!
Feb. 2 – Avid Dancer w/ Los Angeles Police Department, Northern American
Feb. 9 – Avid Dancer w/ Tapioca and The Flea, Caroline Smith
Feb. 16 – Avid Dancer w/ Kera and the Lesbians, Captions
Feb. 23 – Avid Dancer w/ Haunted Summer, Light FM
