John Doe & Exene of the legendary Los Angeles punk band X, have announced special acoustic performance at First Unitarian Church. Presented by Spaceland Presents as part of their Church Sessions show, the concert will take place on Saturday, March 21st. Most commonly know for their high energy punk rock songs, the two co-founders of X will come together to perform what is expected to be an intimate and stunning acoustic show. John Doe & Exene will be joined by Robyn Hitchock, who will perform selections from his catalog of over 500 songs recorded as a Soft Boy, Egyptian and solo raconteur since 1976. This is going to be a very unique performance that any X fan should not miss out on.
Tickets to X at the First Unitarian Church are priced at $25 – $37 and the show is all ages. Tickets will go on sale this Thursday, February 5th at 12pm. Doors are at 8pm and the show will kick off at 9pm.
