As we weather through this May grey, there’s a bursting ray of light pummeling through Los Angeles this July. The Santa Monica Pier’s summer Twilight Concert Series has revealed their 2015 lineup. This year, music fans can look forward to a variety of genres: dance to the Latin rhythms of ¡Cubanismo! and the neo-funk of L.A.’s Dâm Funk or get weird with Ariel Pink while ringing in that 70s rock with Jefferson Starship. There is so much to be enjoyed on the sands of Santa Monica this summer. View the entire Twilight Concert Series lineup below!
The Twilight Concert Series will kick off on July 9 with Morris Day & the Time and will close with a special to-be-announced performance on September 10th. The shows are free and all-ages, and part of KCRW’s Summer Nights series. So bring your kids, your girlfriend, your granny, bring whoever—you’re sure to have a great time.
