White Reaper share new video for "Pills", announce tour with together PANGEA and & Alvvays

Blazing off the heat from their just-released debut album White Reaper Does It Again, the Louisville, KY band known as White Reaper has shared the video for “Pills,” the first video from their new LP. The catchy garage punk number comes to life as a bloodied hospital patient (played by guitarist/singer Tony Esposito) goes a little mental and takes a plunge. You can watch the video below.

As noted in our recent Hot Band Alert feature, White Reaper’s powerhouse sound rides a distinct balance of rock ‘n’ roll fervor and pop restraint, and features the perfect collision of relentless punk beats, thunderous bass, clear but uproarious guitar, quirky keyboard leads and vocals thickly coated in distortion. The album feels like a throwback to the hey day of Toy Dolls, The Vibrators and The Adicts but still fresh with that edgy White Reaper twist.

Additionally, White Reaper have announced an extensive tour run with together Pangea and Alvvays. They will perform at the Echoplex on December 4. You won’t want to miss it. Stream their album below!
