English folktronica singer-songwriter Beth Orton recorded her new album Kidsticks (Anti Records) right here in Los Angeles with Andrew Hung of noise-psych group Fuck Buttons. So far it’s proving to be her most wildly experimental release to date, so be sure to catch her at Teragram Ballroom on Sunday, June 19th and hear trippy new jams such as “Snow,” “Moon,” and “1973″ live! Supporting act is singer-songwriter Emmy the Great, who will be playing tunes off her new album Second Love.
