Echo Park Rising, PJ Harvey, CRX and more top this week's best Los Angeles shows

This week marks the return of the annual Echo Park Rising! The four-day festival is FREE and not to be missed. Also popping off this week is the Eagle Rock Music Festival! On the big name end of music we have PJ Harvey at the Shrine Expo, Adele at the Staples Center, Pat Benatar at the Greek, Guided By Voices at Teragram, and Guns ‘n’ Roses at Doyers stadium to name a few.
