Folk revival veteran singer-songwriter Suzanne Vega has been performing deeply emotional and poetic tunes since releasing her self-titled 1985 debut album and she shows no signs of slowing down. Vega is currently on tour in support of her latest concept album Lover, Beloved: Songs from an Evening with Carson McCullers (due out Oct. 14) which is based on her play about the author Carson McCullers and features original songs, co-written by Tony winning composer Ducan Sheik (Spring Awakening, American Psycho). Hear riveting new songs such as “We of Me” and “Harper Lee” live when she headlines The Regent Theater on Thursday, November 10th.
Tickets for Suzanne Vega at The Regent Theater are priced at $22.50-37.50, show starts at 8:00 pm, and the event is 18-and-over. You can purchase tickets or try and win a pair of tickets by entering the contest below!
