DIIV, the New York shoegaze band led by guitarist and vocalist Zachary Cole Smith, is back in Los Angeles with a headline show date scheduled for Sunday, May 21st at the in Downtown LA. We last caught the band stunning fans at the Fonda Theatre this past summer, as part of the FYF “After Dark Series.” While the band has gone through its share of personal struggles, drama, and lineup changes — Smith seems to be on the up and up and committed to sobriety. In February, Smith announced that he checked himself into “long-haul inpatient treatment.” This will be one of DIIV’s first live gigs since Smith’s rehab. DIIV have also announced gigs in San Francisco and San Diego.
Tickets to DIIV at The Regent are priced at $22.50 and tickets go on sale this Friday, March 31 at 12 pm. The show is presented by Spaceland Presents and FYF, and is all-ages. Purchase tickets to DIIV at the Regent via the link below.
