Skirball Cultural Center

The Skirball Cultural Center is back it for its 21st year with its free Sunset Concerts. The annual outdoor summer concerts series is one of our favorites that we look forward to each year. Skirball has always been known for showcasing emerging talents and established artists from Los Angeles and around the globe. The bands they book represent different lands and cultures, always bringing the party with their vivid selection of sounds. To top it all off, the concerts are in Skirball’s gorgeous outdoor courtyard, and are FREE for all to attend. Additionally, this years Sunset Soncerts at Skirball coincide with Skirball’s latest exhibition, Paul Simon: Words & Music.

This summer’s Sunset Concerts lineup draws inspiration from Paul Simon’s pioneering efforts to bring world music to pop audiences while building bridges across cultures. You’ll hear everything including: contemporary American folk, Afro-Cuban jazz to electropop and more!
