Celebrating 40 years of music, life & touring, the godfather of goth, Gary Numan will headline night one of SUBSTANCE. Taking the headlining spot on night 2, “veteran electro pop nonconformist and punk intellectual” John Maus will deliver an incredible set you won’t want to miss.
