Live music in Los Angeles and abroad has been canceled indefinitely. It’s time we talk about it and deliver to you some of our favorite bands and artists. As I mentioned last week via Grimy Goods’ Instagram Stories, we’re going to be doing some new content to help artists through these tough times and that includes live streamed interviews and performances. I guess you can say we’re bringing back Grimy TV. We legit haven’t filmed a Grimy TV segment since 2015 (view are archives here)! What a better time to bring it back than now? I mean, we are all home, bored and quarantined — we have the time. And most of all, our music community needs this.

Kicking off Grimy TV: Pandemic Sessions will be Bonnie Bloomgarden of Death Valley Girls. Death Valley Girls have always held a special place in our hearts. We were the first outlet to write about them and it’s been amazing watching this badass band grow. Not to mention, Bonnie is truly a rad being.
