The LA Phil has added new performances to their already shining season at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Fans can now catch Father John Misty, Nas, Liz Phair and more at the iconic Downtown L.A. venue.

The influential rapper, and multi-hyphenate, Nas will perform with the Los Angeles Phil Harmonic on May 1 at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. As part of the LA Phil’s annual Gen X Festival, Nas teams up with Gustavo Dudamel and the LA Phil in a complete performance of one the greatest rap / hip hop albums of all time: Illmatic. Liz Phair will also take the stage at the Walt Disney Concert Hall on May 10 as par of the Gen X Festival, performing some of the greatest cuts from her vast catalog. Phair will also “host some special guests playing the lamest hits of Gen X.” Get tickets.

As part of the LA Phil’s Power to the People! series at the Walt Disney Concert Hall, Canto en resistencia will take place June 4 featuring powerful sounds of protest. Gustavo Dudamel leads the LA Phil in music by Paul Desenne and a world premiere by Victor Agudelo. Special guest singers join the orchestra to celebrate iconic protest music from Latin America and the U.S. Get tickets.

As previously reported, Father John Misty will perform with the LA Phil on February 25.
