Kyle Dion Delivers Perfectly Tender New Love Song “Spoon & Bang”

Kyle Dion 2022

Los Angeles based artist Kyle Dion drops a tender and sensual new single “Spoon & Bang,” a semi-acoustic track with warm guitar strings, plucky bass, a bouncy, yet laid back rhythm and smooth vocals. The accompanying music video is a sweet, intimate view of domestic bliss and features a cameo from fellow R&B artist Joyce Wrice.

“Spoon and Bang” is a satisfyingly rich tune that is no frills and all substance. After the drop of his eclectic and wide ranging album, Sassy, Dion shares a different side of himself with his new single. Whereas his previous album drop sees the boisterous artist as a rapper and singer with equal energy and deftness, he strips things down for “Spoon & Bang,” not just musically, but emotionally and visually as well. Singing with soft and caressing vocals, Dion wants to give into the love haze he’s found himself in, not caring about responsibilities and only interested in prolonging valuable snuggle time.

The single’s sultry and irresistible sound is punctuated even further by the music video featuring Wrice. In it we see her and Dion in bed, living up to the steamy lyrics by cuddling in nothing but their underwear, laughing, eating and genuinely enjoying each other’s company while in their own world. The simple, yet sincere visuals add to the softhearted lyrics that are as warming to the soul as it is the body.
