How Did Grupo Firme Get So Famous?

The Tijuana, Mexico-based band, Grupo Firme was founded in 2014 by the charismatic frontman Eduin Caz. Starting out as a regional Mexican band with Caz known locally for singing corridos, the grupo garnered much of their early fame on YouTube, followed by Instagram and TikTok especially during the start of the pandemic. Similar to Bad Bunny, the group quickly rose to stardom during the pandemic as people were more at home on their phones combing social media for music joy and connections.

Fast-forward to the present and Grupo Firme is one of the most sought after bands, especially in the Americas. In 2021 they sold-out seven full-capacity shows at the Staples Center (now Crypto.com Arena), followed by two sold-out concerts at SoFi Stadium this past May.

Now the Mexican superstars return to SoFi Stadium on May 27, 2023 and the show will sell out. Be sure to get those presale tickets!
