Pearl Jam are gearing up for a 2023 U.S. Tour with the announcement of nine shows across the U.S. in August and September. Pearl Jam will kick off their tour run on Aug. 31 at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, MN before making tour stops in Chicago, Indianapolis, Fort Worth, and Austin. Pearl Jam has yet to announce a Los Angeles tour date or any West Coast dates for that matter, however, frontman Eddie Vedder will headline his annual set at Ohana Fest in Dana Point, CA on Sept. 30. Who’s Opening for Pearl Jam?

Opening for Pearl Jame in Chicago, Indianapolis, and Austin will be special guests Inhaler. Support for the St. Paul and Fort Worth dates will be announced in the coming weeks. Inhaler are Elijah Hewson, Robert Keating, Ryan McMahon, and Josh Jenkinson. The four-piece formed whilst still at school in Dublin, bonding over a love of the same bands. Stream their music here.

How To Get Pearl Jam Presale Tickets and What is the Presale Code?

Pearl Jam will host a special presale for all tickets beginning Thursday, April 20. This Pear Jam presale is only open to Pearl Jam’s fan club, Ten Club. Eligible members (active as of April 19, 2023) will gain access to the presale.

When Do Pearl Jam Tickets Go On Sale?

Tickets to Pearl Jam will go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 28 at 10am local venue time. If you want to get Pearl Jam tickets, you need to sign up for the Ticketmaster Verified Fan Registration. Registration begins Today, April 20 at 10am PT and closes on Tuesday, April 25 at 5pm PT.

This Verified Fan process helps get tickets in the hands of fans and not in the pockets of scalpers aka third-party resell sites. While the intent is nice, Verified Fan unfortunately is still not foolproof; as we continue to see numerous Verified Fan tours still being sold on the resell market.

This is why it’s so important for touring artists to do more for their fans ensuring they’re getting tickets, and at a fair price. Similar to The Cure, Pearl Jam continues to put their fans first by providing the majority of tickets to Ten Club members, making tickets non-transferable where permitted, and by selling PJ Premium tickets.

Pearl Jam will use all-in pricing across this tour for the first time. This means the ticket price listed is the full out-of-pocket price inclusive of fees so there are no surprises at check-out.

Tickets on this tour will continue to be non-transferable (just like Pearl Jam did for their 2020 tour announcement) in all states except Illinois where it is prohibited by law.

What are PJ Premium seats?

PJ Premium seats are located in a variety of preferred locations and account for approximately 10% of ticket inventory per show. They are priced at market rate to offset increased touring costs while also keeping prices low for the rest of the ticket inventory. PJ Premium tickets will be available through Verified Fan along with regularly priced tickets.

First, on the day of the presale or general onsale (whichever you prefer), login to your Ticketmaster account (go to my account or sign in located on the upper right corner of the page) at least 15 minutes ahead of the sale time. If you don’t have one, create one now.

Be sure to add your billing info (aka credit card info) for a quick check-out. Once the presale starts, remain in the digital queue. Only use one browser window because using multiple browsers or devices, and multiple accounts with the same phone number can result in errors. Trust, it’s happened to us before!

Don’t refresh your page, do be patient, don’t leave your page, do get those presale tickets!
