Nick Andre is back with a new song with the release of the sizzlingly smooth “Tuesdays” (feat. Bicaso & Jazz Mafia). The track was initially conceived as an instrumental for Thrasher Magazine’s “Plazacation: Berlin” but has since experienced an extensive rework thanks to the producer’s rotating network of collaborative talent. It also arrives on the heels of a trio of fiery releases Andre released alongside fellow San Francisco-based artist Deuce Eclipse — like the searing “Havoc.”

For “Tuesday,” he enlisted the help of Living Legends member Bicaso and the San Francisco-based collective Jazz Mafia to transform it into this ridiculously suave stroll down memory lane. One that — like so many of his tracks — uses the backdrop of the city by the bay as a source of lush scenery. Guided by the laid-back flow of the dulcet-voiced Bicaso the song veers in and out of a collage of coalescing moments, local legends, and landmarks. “The sun shine and I’m pushin’ through the Mission,” he raps with mellowed haste.
Fleshing out the soundtrack that surrounds Bicaso’s velvety bars is a transfixing blend of instrumentals from Jazz Mafia that punctuate and varnish “Tuesday.” Their tangle of brassy horns and sputteringly kinetic percussion levitate the track’s weightlessly carefree movements toward a groovy nonchalance. Filling the spaces between its lyrical meanderings with its dreamily-throwback production. It’s clear Andre has struck gold once more and fans will be happy to hear this is just the first single from an entire album he’ll be creating alongside Jazz Mafia — so more jams are incoming evidently!
