The 12 Notes Tour starts and ends in California with opening night in San Diego at SOMA and its final show in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Palladium. Other stops on the 31-city tour include Radio City Music Hall in New York, The Fillmore in Detroit, and Crystal Ballroom in Portland.

Benjamin recently released his new single “King Size Bed,” another feather in the cap of the pop-plumming storyteller. It is the second new song he has shared this year, joining the previously released “Pick Me,” and ending 2023 with several different versions of the track “I Sent My Therapist To Therapy.” Joining him on select dates of the tour will be Los Angeles-based TikTok sensation Matt Hansen.

Fans of Alec Benjamin can get presale tickets for the 12 Notes Tour through several different presales. As you’re deciding on a tour date be sure to look out for Official Platinum and VIP tickets that don’t require presale codes to purchase.

VIP Package Presale

The VIP Package presale begins on Tuesday, April 9th at 8am local time. No need to track down a presale code for these Alec Benjamin tickets. What Are Official Platinum Tickets?

If you see expensive tickets that are not VIP packages, those are official platinum tickets. These tickets are offered well over standard ticket prices, which is unfair to fans. The Event Organizer(s) have priced these tickets according to their market value (aka dynamic pricing). In other words, ticket pricing can go up or down and usually goes up.

Official platinum tickets do not include VIP packages. The only positive thing about them is that they make buying floor or front-row tickets to a high-demand concert easy if you’re willing to shed the extra cash. They can sometimes be purchased during a presale without a presale code. Availability and pricing for official platinum tickets are subject to change based on demand.

Pro Tips When Buying Your Tickets

First, on the day of the presale or general onsale (whichever you prefer), login to your Ticketmaster account (go to my account or sign in located on the upper right corner of the page) 30 minutes ahead of the sale time. If you don’t have one, create one now.

Be sure to add your billing info (aka credit card info) before jumping into the digital queue for a quick check-out. Once the presale starts, remain in the digital queue. Only use one browser window because using multiple browsers or devices and multiple accounts with the same phone number can result in errors. Trust, it’s happened to us before! Don’t refresh your page, do be patient, don’t leave your page, do get those tickets!

What To Do If Tickets Are Sold Out?

If tickets sell out, your other option is to buy them via online resellers like VividSeats or StubHub. When all else fails, we prefer these resell options because both offer a 100% Guarantee. You can also purchase resale tickets through Ticketmaster’s resale program. Just search for the concert or event you want to attend, and see if any resale tickets are available. We recommend comparing the three options to determine which one works best for you.

Also, more standard tickets are often released in the weeks leading up to the show date. We’ve seen it with Oasis, Nine Inch Nails, BLACKPINK, and many more. These tickets are normally production release tickets and sideview/limited-view tickets. It’s a secret gatekept by many, but if you’re reading this, now you know.
