Maroon 5 is heading out on a short tour of the eastern U.S. and Canada this summer! Fans can get tickets to the newly announced dates via a general onsale on Friday, April 12th at 10am EDT. The new tour will include stops at Budweiser Stage in Toronto, ON, PNC Music Pavilion in Charlotte, NC, and Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, NY. They will also perform at two major festivals as headliners in July: Summerfest in Milwaukee, WI, and Ottawa Bluesfest in Ottawa, ON.

Those not on the East Coast of North America need not ruffle their feathers over feeling left out — as there is a good chance this is just the first leg of a larger tour that will no doubt bring them west to their hometown of Los Angeles, CA. They also still have a ton of upcoming dates this May and again in September and October as part of their Maroon 5: M5LV The Vegas Residency.

When Do Maroon 5 Tickets Go On Sale?
Tickets for Maroon 5 go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 12th at 10am EDT.
A VIP Package presale started Tuesday, April 9th at 10am EDT.
The Citi® Cardmember presale opened Tuesday, April 9th at 12pm EDT.

If you were hoping to get presale tickets for Maroon 5 you need to hurry as the VIP Package, Citi® Cardmember, and Artist presales are all underway! If you happen to see Official Platinum tickets available remember you do not need a presale code to purchase them.
VIP Package Presale
The VIP Package presale has started! A presale code isn’t necessary when it comes to buying VIP tickets for Maroon 5. Fans can choose between two different VIP Package options with perks including a premium reserved seat in the first 5-15 rows, a concession voucher & rideshare voucher, an exclusive gift item, a dedicated VIP entrance, an on-site concierge, and more.
Citi® Cardmember Presale

Artist Presale
The Maroon 5 artist presale has begun! You will need to join the band’s S.I.N. Fan Club to get access to this presale. Once you’re a member you will log in to the fan club website where you should be able to buy tickets to your preferred Maroon 5 tour date.

Pro Tips When Buying Your Tickets
First, on the day of the presale or general onsale (whichever you prefer), login to your Ticketmaster account (go to my account or sign in located on the upper right corner of the page) 30 minutes ahead of the sale time. If you don’t have one, create one now.
Be sure to add your billing info (aka credit card info) before jumping into the digital queue for a quick check-out. Once the presale starts, remain in the digital queue. Only use one browser window because using multiple browsers or devices and multiple accounts with the same phone number can result in errors. Trust, it’s happened to us before! Don’t refresh your page, do be patient, don’t leave your page, do get those tickets!
What To Do If Tickets Are Sold Out?
If tickets sell out, your other option is to buy them via online resellers like VividSeats or StubHub. When all else fails, we prefer these resell options because both offer a 100% Guarantee. You can also purchase resale tickets through Ticketmaster’s resale program. Just search for the concert or event you want to attend, and see if any resale tickets are available. We recommend comparing the three options to determine which one works best for you.
Also, more standard tickets are often released in the weeks leading up to the show date. We’ve seen it with Oasis, Nine Inch Nails, BLACKPINK, and many more. These tickets are normally production release tickets and sideview/limited-view tickets. It’s a secret gatekept by many, but if you’re reading this, now you know.
