Shakira is headed on her first world tour since 2018’s El Dorado. As we previously reported, Shakira will embark on a 14-day world tour traversing areas across North America. This is the first leg of her “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour” with more tour dates expected to be announced.

With so many different presales happening, there can be some confusion about how the Shakira presale works. First, rest assured: All official tickets will be sold via the official Ticketmaster event page for Shakira. Do not resort to any third-party retail sellers until tickets have sold out. But hopefully, after all these pro tips, you’ll easily be scoring a pair of presale tickets to Shakira!
Fans can participate in the VIP presale, which begins on Wednesday, April 17, at 10 AM local time. You do not need a presale code to participate in the VIP packages presale. Once you select your Shakira concert date, look for the VIP ticket options (example below).
The Citi card presale will also begin on Wednesday, April 17, at 10 AM local time. You must be a Citi cardholder to participate in this presale. All you need to do is select your tour date, and use the first 6 digits of your Citi® credit card or Citibank® Debit Card as the presale code.
Shakira’s artist presale will kick off on Friday, April 19 at 10 AM local time. You need to sign up for her Wolfpack to be a part of this presale. The presale code will be emailed to you. From there, you can purchase your tickets once the presale begins.
Finally, the promoter presale will begin on Friday, April 19, at 12 p.m. When selecting your tickets, use the Presale code RIFF. You will be granted access to make your purchase.
How Much Are Shakira Tickets?
Tickets to Shakira cost $149 to $589 for general admission standard tickets. VIP tickets cost $780 to $1500. And don’t forget to add in those service fees. Ticket prices vary by city and venue. These ticket prices were pulled from the Ticketmaster listing for Shakira’s L.A. show.

Pro Tips
After you select which presale you want to participate in, you’ll select your preferred Shakira tour date. We highly recommend bookmarking this page for quick access on the day of the presale.
Be sure to set your alarm for at least 30 minutes before your presale begins. You’ll need at least 15 minutes to set up your Ticketmaster account (if you haven’t already), enter billing details, etc. The other 15 minutes can be used as the alarm you plan to snooze! Just make sure you are logged in to your account and on time! Once logged in and a tour date is selected, Ticketmaster will have you wait in the digital queue.
The Ticketmaster digital queue is basically like a virtual waiting room. You just wait with thousands of other fans in a virtual line until it’s your turn to purchase tickets.
Real talk: these digital queues can be a real pain in the you know what. Sometimes, you’ll be waiting for a long time only to see that all tickets are sold out as soon as it’s your turn. This is not uncommon and, unfortunately, happens often with massive tours from world-renowned artists like Shakira. Especially if they haven’t played in a while. It’s truly just a matter of luck.
If, for some reason, you miss all the presales and the general on-sale, and tickets are now sold out, you can resort to third-party resellers. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if Shakira added a second round of show dates for select major cities, like Los Angeles. It’s very common for artists to add additional concert dates if the first one sells out immediately. We just saw this with Missy Elliott and her tour announcement last week.
If tickets sell out, you can now opt to buy them via online resellers like VividSeats or StubHub. When all else fails, we prefer these resell options because both offer a 100% Guarantee.
