Sabrina Carpenter has revealed plans for a sweeping headlining tour across North America that will bring the rising pop star to arenas in the U.S. and Canada. The Short n’ Sweet Tour will feature stops at Madison Square Garden in New York, Moody Center in Austin, and the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. She will also fill in the vacant headliner slot left by Tyler, The Creator‘s departure from this year’s Outside Lands in August.

Fans can get early access to presale tickets as early as Monday, June 24th at 10am local time by using the first nine digits of their Cash App card. T-Mobile customers are also in luck and have the option of snagging Reserved Tickets (even when their preferred show is sold out). These tickets will be available 30 days before each show at first-day prices.

The 29-city tour is in support of Carpenter’s freshly announced album Short n’ Sweet, arriving on August 23rd via Island Records. So far she’s shared two singles from the record, its breakout hit “Espresso” which captivated fans alongside its summer-glistening music video, and “Please Please Please,” another bop accompanied by a film starring actor Barry Keoghan. When she finally hits the road she’ll be bringing with her a trio of contemporary pop talent that includes Amaarae, Griff, and Declan McKenna.

What Are Official Platinum Tickets?

If you see expensive tickets that are not VIP packages, those are official platinum tickets. These tickets are offered well over standard ticket prices, which is unfair to fans. The Event Organizer(s) have priced these tickets according to their market value (aka dynamic pricing). In other words, ticket pricing can go up or down and usually goes up.

Official platinum tickets do not include VIP packages. The only positive thing about them is that they make buying floor or front-row tickets to a high-demand concert easy if you’re willing to shed the extra cash. They can sometimes be purchased during a presale without a presale code. Availability and pricing for official platinum tickets are subject to change based on demand.

Pro Tips When Buying Your Tickets

First, on the day of the presale or general onsale (whichever you prefer), login to your Ticketmaster account (go to my account or sign in located on the upper right corner of the page) 30 minutes ahead of the sale time. If you don’t have one, create one now.

Be sure to add your billing info (aka credit card info) before jumping into the digital queue for a quick check-out. Once the presale starts, remain in the digital queue. Only use one browser window because using multiple browsers or devices and multiple accounts with the same phone number can result in errors. Trust, it’s happened to us before! Don’t refresh your page, do be patient, don’t leave your page, do get those tickets!

What To Do If Tickets Are Sold Out?

If tickets sell out, your other option is to buy them via online resellers like VividSeats or StubHub. When all else fails, we prefer these resell options because both offer a 100% Guarantee. You can also purchase resale tickets through Ticketmaster’s resale program. Just search for the concert or event you want to attend, and see if they have any resale tickets available. We recommend comparing the three options to determine which one works best for you.

Alternatively, you can go old school and show up at the concert when the box office opens, hoping that they release more tickets; or, hopefully, another concert-goer has an extra ticket to sell at face value or even give away for free. Trust, this happens more often than not. We’ve given away many tickets to sold-out shows simply because our +1 couldn’t make it.

Also, more standard tickets are often released in the week leading up to the show date. We’ve seen it with Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Arctic Monkeys, and many more! It’s a secret gatekeeped by many, but if you’re reading this, now you know! So be sure to set your calendar notifications!
