Mt. Joy and Local Natives are taking over the Hollywood Bowl on Sunday, August 25th, to fill the amphitheater and surrounding hills with incredible music. Bringing together two of Los Angeles’s most beloved bands, get ready to sing along and feel all the feels. Grimy Goods has tickets to give away at this very special show! Submit your entry below.
Best of all, Kelcey Ayer will perform with the Local Natives at the Hollywood Bowl! We spoke to the music virtuoso, who confirmed that he will.
“yea I’ll be there! I’m finishing out the rest of this year and we’ll prolly do one last thing top of next year, so I’m around for sure. After that it’s solo career street, just wrapping up a new record, excited to show you when it’s done. Won’t be jaws of love either, will be under my own name. We’ll talk sometime! See u at the bowl!”
If you’re a Local Natives fan, especially one that has seen them grow from the small club stage, you absolutely cannot miss this show. We expect this hometown set to be one for the books, filled with familiar faces from the heyday of the East Hollywood / East Los Angeles music scene.
If you want to enter the giveaway, fill out the entry form below. On Friday, Aug. 23, we’ll randomly select a winner for a pair of tickets. The winners will be notified via email, and tickets will be emailed to them.
