Yesterday, Billie Eilish shared the good news that she had added two more HIT ME HARD AND SOFT tour dates at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. Rounding out to five shows with the addition of Friday, December 20 (with special guest Ashnikko) and Saturday, December 21 (with special guest FINNEAS), fans in Los Angeles have a lot to be excited about.

Fans can get presale tickets to Billie Eilish‘s new tour dates at the Kia Forum beginning Tuesday, October 1, at 10am local time. Awesome, so what is the Billie Eilish presale code? Well, this time around, you can’t get Billie Eilish presale tickets with an artist presale code, but you can get them with an American Express card. Her previous presale offered both American Express and artist presale code options.

How To Get Billie Eilish Presale Tickets with American Express

First, it’s important to know that all Billie Eilish tickets will be sold through Ticketmaster. Do not purchase them from anywhere else because they will not be valid.

With her previously announced three Kia Forum tour dates, Eilish enforced that all her concert tickets be non-transferable once purchased so scalpers couldn’t resell them. She will do the same with these two new Kia Forum shows. If a fan who bought a ticket can no longer make it to her show, they can resell it to another fan at the original price paid, but only through Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange.

There are two different American Express presales for Billie Eilish’s tour: American Express® Early Access and American Express® Preferred Access. Both AMEX presales begin Tuesday, October 1 at 10am local time and will be accessible through Eilish’s Ticketmaster event page. All you need to do is select your tour date (December 20 or December 21) and have your American Express card handy.

American Express® Early Access

I love the American Express® Early Access presale offers. It makes buying presale tickets to high-demand tours a piece of cake. Once you add your American Express card to your billing details in your Ticketmaster account, you pretty much don’t need to do anything else except select your preferred tour date once the presale begins. From there on, it’s all automatic. You don’t need to enter a presale code or anything else. Just select your tour date and then select your ticket type, and voila! You will see you’ll have instant access to purchasing those Billie Eilish presale tickets.

American Express® Preferred Access

Your other option is the American Express® Preferred Access presale. This presale is pretty much the same as the Early Acess presale, but you actually have to enter a code. Select seats are saved just for this presale. When you select your Billie Eilish tour date and decide to go for this AMEX presale, you will be asked to enter the 10-digit phone number on the back of your American Express card. Once you do that, you’ll have instant access to select AMEX presale seats.

Pro tip: select both American Express presale options and snag the ticket(s) that best suit your needs.

Pro Tips When Buying Your Tickets

First, on the day of the presale or general onsale (whichever you prefer), login to your Ticketmaster account (go to my account or sign in located on the upper right corner of the page) 30 minutes ahead of the sale time. If you don’t have one, create one now.

Be sure to add your billing info (aka credit card info) before jumping into the digital queue for a quick check-out. Once the presale starts, remain in the digital queue. Only use one browser window because using multiple browsers or devices and multiple accounts with the same phone number can result in errors. Trust, it’s happened to us before! Don’t refresh your page, do be patient, don’t leave your page, do get those tickets!
