Celebrating 25 years, Yeah Yeah Yeahs have announced a very special “Hidden In Pieces Tour” with three Los Angeles show dates at the Orpheum Theatre on July 9, 10 & 11, 2025. For this remarkable run of shows, the beloved indie band will perform in more intimate spaces than the usual amphitheaters they headline, like the Hollywood Bowl. They will also be accompanied by strings and piano and plan to play all the hits along with songs “that are rarely (if ever) performed.”
All three shows at the Orpheum will start at 8 p.m. with doors opening at 7 p.m. Supporting act(s) have yet to be announced.
Considering the historic grandeur of the Orpheum Theatre, a venue that has played host to legendary artists Ella Fitzgerald, Duke Ellington, Aretha Franklin, and more — seeing a band like the Yeah Yeah Yeahs in such a magical venue will be one for the books.
Of the tour, Yeah Yeah Yeahs shared:
“Hi, we’ve missed you, they don’t miss you like we miss you … Out of a deep desire to reconnect with our band family and you our lovely fans, YYY’s are embarking on a series of very special shows this summer. The dearly departed David Lynch would say: ’all you need to do is turn on the light and the darkness goes.” To let our love light shine we will be digging deep into our back catalogue. We’ll be playing songs that are rarely (if ever) performed, alongside all time favorites with new arrangements to delight…and yes there will be acoustic guitars and strings too. We’d love for you to join us for these intimate performances in beautiful iconic theaters to celebrate 25 years of YeahYeah Yeahs, not a bad seat in the house!“

Fans looking to score tickets to any of the Yeah Yeah Yeah’s three L.A. dates at the Orpheum Theatre: Wednesday, July 9; Thursday, July 10; and Friday, July 11 — should sign up for the Artist Presale. Fans can RSVP for any date simply by providing their phone number or email. Once you sign up, you should receive a confirmation text or email. The Yeah Yeah Yeahs presale code will be sent to you the morning of the presale.
The Yeah Yeah Yeahs artist presale will begin Wednesday, March 19, at 10am local time.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, March 21, at 10am local time. No presale code is needed.
