Once you sign up, set your alarm for when the Beyoncé artist presale will begin: Monday, March 24, at 12 PM local time. You do not need a Beyoncé presale code to access this presale. Instead, those who signed up in time will be given instant access through their Ticketmaster account. In other words, whichever email you used to sign up for the Beyoncé artist presale must be the same one you use when signing into your Ticketmaster account when the presale begins. Very important! Especially if you have multiple Ticketmaster accounts.

If you signed up for the artist presale in time, you’ll receive an email the day before from Ticketmaster reminding you “The Beyoncé Artist Presale Starts Tomorrow.”

The Beyoncé artist presale begins Monday, March 24, at 12 PM local time. You can join the virtual waiting room 30 minutes before the sale starts. Simply sign in—no code needed.

Ahead of the presale, sign in to your Ticketmaster account (sign in at the upper right corner of the page) using the email you used to sign up for the Beyoncé artist presale. Next, check that your email, phone, and payment details are current. The last thing you want is to run out of time due to an expired credit card! Make sure you have the payment card you’d like to use saved in your account to speed up checkout.

Make sure you’re only using one device when joining the artist presale. For example, if you logged into the presale via your computer, don’t try to login again via your phone. Multiple attempts could kick you out of the queue altogether.
